I’ll give 5 stars for the chocolate- but 1.5 for customer service. I have visited Old Town location many times, and first time to PB today. The store was mostly empty(two ladies sitting ant a table hanging out) and four of us walked in- we weren’t greeted or acknowledged at all and my kids said the vibe was super weird. The lady there helped us when asked but not friendly or anything. Honesty, I’ve spent hundreds at Nibble over the last several months and the service alone at both stores makes me rethink coming here. I absolutely love the truffles but it’s a long drive to any of the locations from Poway and a smile or acknowledgement (customer service)when I enter the store goes a long way.

We participated in the Caffeine Crawl at the end of January and one of our favorite stops was Nibble Chocolate. The mocha coffee was incredible and I don't typically enjoy sweet beverages. We also purchased a flight of vegan chocolate truffles and were really impressed. We'll definitely be repeat customers. We need more of those truffles in our life so we signed up to receive updates when they make holiday truffles. Thank you, Sandra, for hosting us and describing your coffee and cacao roasting process. Found Nibble Chocolate after searching for something to satisfy my sweet craving & decided to give it a shot. Alex was there & aside from being very helpful, he welcomed us warmly. I was fortunate to try the (vegan) champurrado (not pictured). The champurrado was very warm & brought a feeling of Christmas spirit & holidays. I also tried the iced raspberry chocolate (left) & the iced chocolate horchata (right). Both amazing. The raspberry one was a little more rich in chocolate flavor. The truffles were a delightful touch as well. As I write this, I have not tried the brownie but I am sure I won’t be disappointed. Regardless, 10/10 & definitely recommend.

We look for amazing chocolate shops whenever we travel and came across Nibble Chocolate factory. As soon as we entered, we were hit with amazing smells and the lovely lady let us know they specialize in dark chocolate. Our favorite! We tried a few samples and were so excited by the selection. I would like to say we were able to photograph everything, but alas, several items didn't make it out of the parking lot. The dubai truffle - not pictured is dynamic and rich and we will definitely be back for more before we leave San Diego. The dark chocolate pistachio butter stuffed date was one of my fav's. Hubby is currently munching on the pistachio stack. I can't wait to dive into the rest. Quality chocolate for dark connoisseurs. Do not miss this phenomenal shop!!! 5 stars is not enough :) ** update - on our second trip to the shop on the way out of town, we got 6 Dubai truffles, 2 lemon and another pistachio stack. 2nd picture is all that's left. I'm not embarrased to say we were so focused on those goodies that we forgot to take another picture :) Just try them - you won't be disappointed!

Clean and friendly environment and the staff is extremely attentive. They have windows to show their transparency about the process in chocolate making. I got the iced pumpkin spice latte (that contained two espresso shots made there) with coconut milk. I also tried the orgasm chocolate (as requested) and it was divine! They do give free samples to taste while you’re there, and if they don’t have any of that chocolate out that is not available for sampling, they will quickly open a bar just to prove how delicious their products are. 10/10
